Anne Youngson talks about her short story collection, ‘The Six Who Came to Dinner’ and the inspiration behind them.

Anne Youngson turned to writing fiction after retiring from a career in Product Development at Jaguar Land Rover. Her first novel Meet Me at the Museum was shortlisted for the Costa First Book award, won the Paul Torday Prize, and was s erialised on Radio 4. She has published two further novels, Three Women and A Boat and A Complicated Matter, as well as a book of short stories, The Six Who Came to Dinner. Her fiction starts with character and situation and explores reactions to change and to growing older.
